Pricing that scales with the work, not the seats you fill.
Per-endpoint, month-to-month, available for fleets of 100 endpoints or more. Use the bundled AI or bring your own model.
Two plans. Same low per-endpoint price.
Pick the one that matches the work you want automated. Every integration and every control is in both. The Hero plan adds the workflow builder.
The AI L1 engineer running on real tickets and end-user chats.
The workflow automation builder for custom multi-step orchestration.
Both plans are month-to-month, both include the 30-day free trial, and both come with a sized AI usage allowance so the per-endpoint number on your invoice is the number you signed up for.

Pricing questions.
What's the difference between Smart and Hero?
Smart includes the AI L1 engineer running on real tickets and end-user chats: every playbook, every integration, every control, the branded end-user chat with 32 (and growing) one-click quick actions, and autonomous ticket investigation and resolution. Hero adds the visual workflow automation builder, multi-agent orchestration, custom triggers and webhooks, workflow audit and replay, a sandbox tenant for testing automations before production, a dedicated tenant instance with reserved infrastructure, and onboarding sessions to design and ship your first workflows. Both plans are per endpoint, month-to-month, and both come with the 30-day free trial.
Can I use my own model or API keys?
Yes. When privacy or compliance requirements mean your AI traffic cannot leave your environment, you can point GenticFlow at your own model: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, any OpenAI API-compatible endpoint, or a self-hosted model via Ollama or any OpenAI-compatible runtime. In that setup the bundled AI usage allowance does not apply: your model handles the work, your tokens, your infrastructure.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No time commitment. Plans are month-to-month, so you can scale up, scale down, or cancel as your environment changes. The only floor is a 100-endpoint minimum fleet size. Annual terms are available if you prefer budget predictability.
Is pricing per endpoint or per technician?
Per endpoint. The work scales with fleet size, not headcount, so seat-based pricing would penalize you for being efficient. Technician seats and user limits are part of the quote.
Do you offer a pilot or proof of concept?
30-day free trial against a real slice of your ticket queue. You see actual resolution quality on your own environment before a full rollout.
